Authorities Seek Suspect in Fatal Oak Cliff Shooting

DALLAS, TX – Investigators in Dallas are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in a fatal Oak Cliff shooting Wednesday afternoon.

According to WFAA, police responded to reports of a person on the ground within the 2700 block of Texas Drive at about 3:15 p.m. Upon their arrival, they noticed 14-year-old John Zuniga had sustained severe gunshot wounds. Zuniga was taken to a local hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.

No information regarding the identity of the shooter has been made available.
