I had this firm as a Public Defender- amazing work! I only had the names, employment and the car my friends drove but no phone numbers while I was in jail and they found and contacted each of them! After my case was over, they continued to represent me to ensure I could go back into my apartment that had a Restraint order against me. They truly made me feel like I mattered even though I wasn’t paying!

My case was "forgotten" about for 2 years, and in that time, my attorney retired, and this firm was his recommendation. I talked to almost every attorney in town over the 2 year period, and I have no doubts about my decision to stay with James and Daniel. My court-appointed attorney said that the best he could get me was maybe 4 years, and that NOONE would be able to get me probation. James and Daniel got me the probation that I desperately needed. I could have died in prison due to my health issues, and I can't thank them enough for their hard work, honesty, integrity, compassion, knowledge, and dedication. Mr Daniel Colins’s service felt very personal vs feeling like a paid service. He attened to my senseless/sensible questions with no judgement, when I couldn’t establish communication with him his teammate Mr James Luster would step in and be at my service, and in absense of both Miss Racheal made sure to relay informations to and forth.This definitely is a place anyone should/want to work with to ease their consequences.I did have a favorful outcome for me but even if it was otherwise I would give the team 5 stars for the amazing service alone.

If you or a loved one is in need of a GREAT professional and affordable legal team this would be the place to go. I was facing several charges and Dan Collins in a very timely manner handled everything, resulting in them all being dismissed. The staff is very kind and wonderful. You are a person there, NOT A CASE NUMBER. The office is also very clean, and easy to find. Best of all, they provide such good quality service you can actually afford them. It’s hard enough facing any type of criminal charges (which is expensive as is) but this place won’t break your wallet and will work with you. Hands down the best lawyers and staff in Fort Worth if not Texas in general. Great communicators and attentive to your situation. Personally I am a black man and they abolished every unbiased thought I could have dealing with court and the legal system. They got justice served in my case and answered every question I had and worked hard for anything I requested. They were very clear on what I was dealing with and layed out all possible outcomes but left every final decision up to me. They were on my side the whole way and I don't think I would've had any peace of mind in the last half of the year if it wasn't for their efforts and clarifying meetings and calls from James and Cody to the secretary Rachael the service was Excellent.
